"Easy online order, even though I usually stick with another brand"
I ordered a mattress from sleepcountry the whole process was smooth. I’ll admit I was a bit torn because I usually stay loyal to the same mattress brand/store I’ve bought from before, but Sleep Country made it easy enough that I figured I’d give them a shot. The website was simple to navigate, checkout didn’t take long, and I got email updates along the way. Delivery showed up when they said it would, and the mattress was packed well with no problems so far. Overall, I’m happy with the online shopping experience, might have to rethink where my loyalty goes next time

"Pretty happy with this order"
I ordered a couple of pillows and a mattress cover from sleepcountry.ca i’m happy with how it all turned out. The pillows have that nice soft feel, but they still give my neck the support I was looking for, so that’s been great. The cover fits well too, and it doesn’t make the bed feel noisy or too warm or anything like that. Shipping was easy and there were no issues with that part either. Not a ton more to say, just good quality stuff and I’d probably order from them again.

I ordered a mattress from sleepcountry.ca that was listed as medium firm, but once it was set up at home, it felt a lot softer than I expected. From what I remember of other medium-firm mattresses I’ve had or tried, this one just didn’t line up with that feel. Delivery went smoothly, so no issues there, but the firmness guide didn’t really match real life for me. It’s a bit frustrating because you don’t truly know until it’s actually in your room and you’ve slept on it.

"I got my new mattress from Sleep Country…"
I got my new mattress from Sleep Country, i didn’t realize how much my old one was affecting me until I switched. It just feels so comfortable, and I actually wake up feeling rested instead of sore and cranky. It’s kind of a relief, because sleep makes such a difference in my mood and my whole day. I’m really happy I went for it.

Not gonna lie, I expected a lot better for the price. It seemed fine at first, but after just a few months it started sagging and really didn’t hold up the way I hoped. I wouldn’t say it was worth the money

I wasn’t totally sure what to pick at first, but I figured, okay, let’s trust their recommendation and see how it goes. Turns out, it worked out great. "Decent experience, but I’d compare first next time"

Had a little problem after the delivery showed up, nothing too crazy, just one of those annoying things you have to deal with. I reached out to support and they got back to me fast, which was good. It did take one extra call to actually get it all sorted, but in the end they fixed it and I was fine with how it turned out

I’ll admit, I wasn’t totally sure how this would go, but it was actually okay. I got clear texts about the delivery window, and the driver even called before arriving. It did show up a little later than I expected, which was kind of annoying, but they kept me updated the whole time, so I can’t really complain too much.

I left feeling frustrated. Nobody really helped me, and every time I asked a question it felt like I was bothering them. On top of that, the terms seemed to keep changing, which made the whole thing even more annoying and confusing.
